Return and refund policy: If within the first 30 days from the date of purchase you are not satisfied with a Pruvit product for any reason, you may contact support@pruvithq.com to return the unused portion of the product for a full refund of the Pruvit product purchase amount, minus shipping and handling charges incurred. After 30 days and up to 90 days post purchase, you may contact support@pruvithq.com to return the remaining sellable portion of the product for a full refund of the sellable portion you return, minus shipping and handling charges incurred. Because Pruvit cannot guarantee the quality of products that are sold to customers by non-promoters, Pruvit refund policy is not available for products that customers purchase from anyone other than a Promoter or Prüvit itself or that are purchased in any unauthorized channel.

Shipping Policy: All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, phone (via text message), or app notification.
