Bacon Egg Cups
We know we could take this savory fatty vessel and do a lot with it. But we didn’t ( If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it). We’re keeping it simple: bacon + egg cups. So delicious, filling, and EASY.
6 eggs 6 slices of Bacon 6 oz. of Shredded Cheddar Cheese Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:
1. Place bacon around the sides of each muffin tin cup. 2. Fill each bacon wrapped cup with 1 egg 3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes* 5. Top with cheese and continue to bake 5 minutes. 6. Enjoy!
