With that being said, while they make sure life continues on FLAWLESSLY, women’s health + fitness can sometimes fail to be in the top 5 of the to-do list. Take a hike!
A 30 minute walk 4 times a week can improve the way you feel by increasing your endorphins, boosts your mental health and cognition, helps you lose that extra weight, decreases your risk for chronic disease, and even helps regulate your digestive functions! What we’re saying is walking is a fantastic way to OPTIMIZE your life!
Play like a kid
Chase your kids, even MORE than your already do! Kids LOVE to play AND spend time with their mamas. Engage in a game of tag, hide-and-go-seek, or any activity with your kids! Running and laughing with get your heart rate and endorphins following! ALL THE HAPPY FEELS.
Friends that sweat together stay together!
Do a group fitness class with all your gal pals! Group fitness classes motivate and hold you accountable, but also help you pursue better. Group fitness classes can also give you the proper form, so when you’re ready to STEP UP your exercise, you’ll be more than able.

National Women’s Health + Fitness Day started in 2002 and is the nation’s largest, annual health promotion event for women of ALL ages. Focusing on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women, this is another way to be the BEST version of yourself! Remember, you have to take care of yourself to be the BEST version of yourself and the more you move the BETTER you feel! So get müving and support health of ALL the women in your life!
