Keto Peanut Butter Fudge

How can anyone possibly let the holidays go by without making some homemade fudge? This keto peanut butter fudge is a rich snack to curb any sweet urges.

INGREDIENTS
 

  • 9 Ounces sugar free creamy peanut butter

  • ⅔ Cup powdered sweetener

  • ½ Cup butter, softened

  • ¼ Cup heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Line the inside of a 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving the edges long enough to pull fudge out once it's set. Spray with cooking spray and set aside.

  • Place peanut butter and butter inside a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minutes or until butter is melted and peanut butter is soft enough to mix.

  • To the peanut butter and butter, stir in the heavy heavy cream and sweetener. Stir until all ingredients are combined equally and there are no lumps.

  • Pour fudge mixture inside already prepared loaf pan. Chill in refrigerator until fudge is set. Should take about a hour. Slice into 14 equal portions and serve. Keep stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
