How can anyone possibly let the holidays go by without making some homemade fudge? This keto peanut butter fudge is a rich snack to curb any sweet urges.
9 Ounces sugar free creamy peanut butter
⅔ Cup powdered sweetener
½ Cup butter, softened
¼ Cup heavy cream
Line the inside of a 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving the edges long enough to pull fudge out once it's set. Spray with cooking spray and set aside.
Place peanut butter and butter inside a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minutes or until butter is melted and peanut butter is soft enough to mix.
To the peanut butter and butter, stir in the heavy heavy cream and sweetener. Stir until all ingredients are combined equally and there are no lumps.
Pour fudge mixture inside already prepared loaf pan. Chill in refrigerator until fudge is set. Should take about a hour. Slice into 14 equal portions and serve. Keep stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
