You may contact support at ketoteamxp@gmail.com to return the unopened product for a full refund of the Pruvit product purchase amount, minus shipping and handling charges incurred. You are responsible for the cost of returning the purchased items. Once the returned items are recieved the refund minus initial shipping and handling will be refunded to your account.
