Do you love fried pickles??
If so, you will have to try out this simple recipe today!
1.5 cups of sliced dill pickles
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of coconut oil, for frying
1/2 cup of homemade ranch dressing
Add Parmesan cheese to a small bowl. Dip Slices pickles in Parmesan cheese to cover them. Freeze the coated pickle slices for 10-12 minutes. When Ready to fry, add the frozen pickles to the already heated pan with coconut oil. Fry the pickles for 1 minute, or desired brown color. Then flip the pickles and fry for another 1 minute or until desired brown color is reached. When loading pickles in pan use batches instead of overloading to many in the pan. After done frying place the cooked pickles on paper town to help remove extra grease. Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
8 Ounces of Cream Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
1/2 Cup Chicken or Bone Broth
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Chives
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 Sea Salt (fine)
1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
In a large bowl or blender, mix together all of ingredients. Add to jar, cover, and then refrigerate for a couple hours before serving. ( Can be stored in fridge for 2 weeks)
