Broccoli & Cauliflower Cheese Casserole

Looking for a great Keto Dinner idea? Try out this Broccoli & Cauliflower Cheese Casserole.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 cups broccoli and cauliflower

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened

  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (1/2 cup for topping)

  • 1/3 cup mayo

  • 1 tbsp. ranch seasoning


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Steam broccoli & cauliflower for 3-5 minutes

  3. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayo, and ranch seasoning to a bowl and mix.

  4. Add in broccoli and cauliflower, coat with cheese mixture.

  5. Put into an 8x8 baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  7. Double the batch for a family of 6!
