Looking for a great Keto Dinner idea? Try out this Broccoli & Cauliflower Cheese Casserole.
INGREDIENTS:
5 cups broccoli and cauliflower
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (1/2 cup for topping)
1/3 cup mayo
1 tbsp. ranch seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350.
Steam broccoli & cauliflower for 3-5 minutes
Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayo, and ranch seasoning to a bowl and mix.
Add in broccoli and cauliflower, coat with cheese mixture.
Put into an 8x8 baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Double the batch for a family of 6!
