Keto Big Mac Bites Recipe (Low Carb)

These Keto Big Mac Bites are great for many occasions. Doesn't matter if you are Keto, Low Carb, or Just looking for a tasty appetizer!
- 1.5 Pounds of Ground beef (80/20)
- 1 Teaspoon of Onion Salt (or ¼ cup Onion, finely diced, my kids aren't fans the onion texture)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- American Cheese
- Some Lettuce
- 2 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- 4 tablespoon Dill pickle relish
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine ground beef, Onion salt ( or diced onions), and salt into a bowl and mix.
Make your meat into balls or patties sizes that you choose. Make the patties a little larger than expected finished size. They will shrink a little. Put on Baking sheet and place into the oven.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
While burgers cook add all of the secret sauce ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. After the burgers are done cooking remove any extra grease.
Add cut cheese slices onto each mini patty. Place back in the cooling oven and let the cheese melt. Add piece of lettuce and pickle to each patty.
Serve with the secret sauce and enjoy!
