SPICY SAUSAGE & CHEESE BALLS!


Easy recipe and super convenient for a grab and go breakfast or a snack!!!


Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage roll

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 egg

• 1 T baking powder

• 1/2 cup coconut or almond flour

• 1 t Salt

• 2 T melted butter


Directions

Preheat oven time 350. Combine all ingredients. Roll into 25 balls. Place on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet. Bake for 18-22 minutes.

Per ball: 80 calories, 6g fat, 5g protein, 1 net carb
